False Colours – Vol. I
A TASTE OF THE INVISIBLE…
This project is a collection of full spectrum pictures taken in Indonesia with a converted camera.
Conventional (visible light) photography is the formation of images with light at wavelenght from 380nm to 750nm. The Full Spectrum technique enables the full sensitivity of the camera’s sensor, making it sensitive to UV, visible, and IR light. Through this process, I’ve tried to create a singular atmosphere, leaving the imprint of some “sunny melancholy” by showing in my own way what the human eye can’t see. No filter have been used in this series, meaning that each image has been exposed to the entire spectrum of light.
